Earnest and conscientious activities are intended to accomplish any disagreement or argument evolves as a conflict between contract parties, this can be greatly exceeding bounds of reason or moderation if turned to arbitration and wouldn’t be feasible, for claimants or someone who claims a benefits or rights, other solutions to contain any disagreement or argument, can be tackled or adopted to resolve it, on appropriate platform bases, to compensate the claimants on a final judgment in a legal proceeding, so that to gain the state of manifesting goodwill cooperation at the end of arbitration.
