Since 1968, the Office provide Clients/Employers different architectural and engineering consultancy services related to building construction. The major activities handled by the Office are summarized below in three main items.

 

-- DESIGN

The design concept is based on the aim of achieving most economic, most beautiful, and safest possible design taking into consideration availability of resources, customer’s needs, function, and other decisive factors.

Design activities include architectural, structural, and Electro-mechanical along with the preparation of all related documents and drawings.

preparation of tender documents, performing tender process and tender analysis are all done in-house.

Projects according to function, material, height and location are illustrated below.

 

-- SUPERVISION

 

Supervising projects is a team work responsibility which is systematically handled through the cooperation of qualified staff; supervision activity includes checking of works, monitor work progress, check and approve payment certificates, evaluate and approve variation orders,   approve submittals, perform site management and project handing over.

The Office manage to have an experienced and qualified staff to perform supervision activities. Office engineers backup supervision staff from start until handing over of the projec

 

In addition to the design and supervision activities, the Office performs other activities either to prop up the main activities or to fulfill the consumer’s needs as well as the job requirements.

Such related services include one or more activity depending on the type of the project and the client requirements; among which comes surveying, quantity surveying, feasibility study, ... etc.
